Weather detail has been greatly improved in the new v9 update, coming soon. NEXRAD and Metars are now treated as layers that can be toggled on and off over any chart mode. We've also added seamless charts so you can see a complete CONUS radar over a chart and the zoom in to an area of concern. You can also adjust the transparency of the NEXRAD layer to see underlying data if wanted. I think you'll really like it.

It is available for beta on the iFly dedicated devices like the 700, 720 and 520. We will be releasing the beta to Android and iOS shortly. You would need to update using the iFly Connect or the Wi-Fi on the 720. I hope this helps.

Well ifly has done awesome over the last 18 months of improvement. Only one remains and that is:

Altitude recommendation (realtime based on ADS-B data would be phenomenal) based on selected Aircraft, FlightPlan leg and type (IFR/VFR), and winds aloft.

Would like to know where this is on your list ( hopefully before your Windows port)
