The runway extensions feature is great and extremely helpfull but as I needed to use it fast in complicated airspace and turbulence I realized it takes 4 or 5 button presses to get to it.

Usually when a controller assigns you a runway and landing instructions it's a very busy time in the cockpit and we need a way to RAPIDLY enter a runway extension.

it would be great for the runway extensions to pop up at the destination airport 10 miles out or a pop up menu asking, which runway, so only one tap is needed.

This has bee added to the Wish List. I've also noted to include the Traffic Patterns in the extensions or a possible runway overlay.

I have to agree that automatic runway extensions would be nice. I had to make an unplanned trip this past weekend and my iFly was unavailable so I used Anywhere Map on my android tablet. I was flying in an area with a lot of smoke and the visibility was 5 miles on the ground. It was sure nice to have the runway extension pop up about 10 miles out to make it easier to line up on a runway I couldn't see.

I would find it useful if the runway extension graphics had the option of having a 90 degree arrow to indicate situations where runways have mandatory left or right traffic for turns onto final approach.
