Video Competition

I would like to suggest that AP offer a video competition to all the beta testers. It obvious that the team at AP has been very busy with coming up with a lot of new features. It would be nice to be able to lean how to use these new features by video, especially the ADSB weather add on. Because of the ADSB not working on the ground, you end up having to learn on the fly.

The videos could be sent to AP and the winner would have his video put up on the AP web page.

Yes I could search YouTube for the day but It would be nice to go to one place and get all the info I need, not to mention anyone who visits the site for the first time would see the video as well. This would allow AP to keep focusing on new features and the give the beta tester "bragging Rights".

Richard, great idea. But no need to make this a formal competition, I'm happy to host multiple videos on our website. We're actually going to soon be adding a Video Tutorial section to the website with our own videos, but as long as length is reasonable (under 5 minutes or so), quality is good enough, and content is accurate - we can include those videos as well.

Richard,

I think it would be great to have a "Favorite Feature" video. This could be a way for fellow iFlyers to post a video about their favorite features or show their favorite screen set up. As Walter said, we are currently working on some "Tutotrial Videos", but something like a user video, could offer some shortcuts or different perspective.

It's just a great way to build the iFly community and help each other out.
