I'm new as a subscriber to iFly (long-time follower). Having used a tablet EFB for 7+ years, my wish list items for iFly are bound to be the ones I've had for other applications, sorry if some have been discussed before.

This one is pretty similar to the wish list request recent added about the Ability to add a popup note to a waypoint but I figured it was different (simpler?) enough to merit a separate entry.

My earliest wish list item was the ability to write on the charts, somehting I think we all did with paper.  As one that was fulfilled in most (all except iFly?) EFB apps, at least as to approach charts and airport diagrams, it's been one of the practical ones in actual use.

Consider really simple examples. You plan a flight and there's a NOTAM increasing the DA for an approach. You can (a) write a note on a sticky or kneeboard or (b)  "cross out" the old DA and write in the new one right on the chart. On landing and getting complex taxi instructions, you can draw the route on the diagram for extra situational awareness.

Nice idea!  Better in some ways than my popup-note idea, though it could obscure other things or be hard to read.  Also, the drawing might be very fat if drawn with a finger (vs. a stylus).  But overall, it's more general-purpose than my popup idea and a simple thing for the user.

I 'd like to be able to draw lines on iFly's airport diagrams to depict the tower's specfied taxi routes.  That's much easier/faster than writing notes.

If you've used any drawing or handwriting apps, you've probably seen that the thickness of a line is typically not based on what you draw it with (ecept for some special stylus-specific applications). It's usually an app setting. This is an example from the iOS Notability app (basically a handwriting/drawing app). A tool for witing on charts would be simpler in trems of options, etc, but that's the idea. Choose that thin line you get a thin line, no matter how fat your finger is ;)
