Thanks.  I'm actually seeking a reliable list of FSS frequences.  At minimum this would include a lat/lon, FSS name, transmit and receive freqs.  There would be hundreds of them.

Yes, they are listed above and below the VOR boxes on sectionals and the RCO's are listed in conjunction with the airport info.  I wonder if there is some way to strip them off of the airport and VOR data and put them in a database.

I'm gonna guess that the FCC is the custodian of the transmitter freq/location data.

That doesn't help you find split Receive freqs at VOR's tho.

Some info might be culled from the AFD.

I image Jepp has the data - perhaps hand culled. But I bet they're not sharing.
