The only reason I would have seen to purchase an Android tablet would have been if Shane said there would be a long delay for a Windows version of IFly GPS.

I am curious about the interest in Windows software, not that it would be a bad thing to have.

The reason I am curious is that I am not aware of a Windows tablet that is a reasonable size (for me) to use in the cockpit. After an extended period of waiting for one to show up in the marketplace, I caved, ditched my Fujitsu P1630, and bought a Surface Pro 3. It's really bigger than I want for a daily use tablet and I really wouldn't want to deal with it in a cockpit. It also has no GPS.

So ... have you guys discovered a small Windows tablet or are you using one of the big ones?

This is highly concerning given finite development $ being applied to another platform, especially when those $ could be use to catch up with other competitors features.

Just my two cents hoping the best for this product.

What Windows machine do you use in the cockpit, OldPilot?
