NO MEMO STILL

Something happened , I do not know when, but since ver 7 my memo pad as lost ALL its buttons .I was to have a follow up about it , but so far nothing from Ifly. I am talking about one of the first 700 out there, I was told it was a problem with the OS but so far no contact from the Gurus, i hope they find a fix

Ciao,,

There is a OS firmware update that should resolve this issue for you. Please see the below link that will take you to a OS Update Page. Please make sure you select the update that is for your serial number range, this is very important.

Make sure you follow the instructions in close detail, feel free to contact us if you are uncertain on something.

Ciao, belay that. Since you have an iFly 700 that link won't work - it's only for updating iFly 720. We will need to send you an SD card with the update.

Did you contact Ed and he didn't reply? If so, that would be a very unusual event. But if you were expecting a reply on that thread it wasn't clear - sorry about that.

My bad, I missed that you had the iFly 700. As Walter states we'd need to send out an OS update to you. My apologies for any confusion.

Yes, I did get in touch with Ed, He send me the Latest OS 2.0.4 for my Mb9c017. wich I did load, to no avail, he said he was going to inquire about It , and I know that I am not alone in this predicament, because someone else posted it, in replie to a previous thred in the forum, I think this apply to older serials
