Use the ifly to connect? The pc has the start, programs, etc..., not the iFly. I find this software update process extremely inconvenient.

Drmax,

I think it would be easier for you to contact our Support Team on Monday, they will be happy to walk you through the iFly Connect Update. iFly Connect does update direct to the SD card. It uses no zip files, I think you may be combining the USB and iFly Connect methods. Call us on Monday, we'll get you sorted out. Have a great weekend.
