Updates for Plates & Low Enroute

Help. The information in my 720 for both the Plates & Low Enroute charts show expired. I have updated via wifi and thumb-drive and nothing seems to change. I don't really see where I can select these options on the "update" menu. What am I overlooking?

Thanks so much for the reply. I actually remember being told of that particular senario. I am a sport pilot and VFR is all I can do. Anyway, that answers my question and I appreciate your indulgence.
