That being the case it may well be your iFly hardware or software.

Frank,

Give us a call at 888-200-5129 so we can troubleshoot your USB drive. We need to look at the format, size, platform and other criteria to see exactly what is going on here. The zip mile should remain zipped, then once the iFly update it will delete it. Also, our server was bombarded due to the V6 update and data cycle, this has been resolved. This could have been an issue as well. Call us if you are still experiencing this issue.
