Anyone been able to contact Adventure Pilot? I need to return my 720 for a replacement screen and need a return authorization number. I cannot contact them except their voicemail, and get no response. Same with an email request. Are they closed? Their support used to be great.

Thanks for the fast reply, you restored my faith. I can't find any email, but sometimes emails show up saveral days late. I'll get the unit off to you in a few days. Thanks again, your product is the greatest.

Ken,

No worries, you can just send it to our 610 Elm Street #120 address with the RMA # on the box or on a note inside and we'll get it taken care of. The RMA # will just help us match it up and repair it faster once we receive it. Thanks for working with us and sorry you did not get the email we sent. Have a great week.
