Shane, I'm on 8.4.79 on the iFly 720. I'm on 8.8.84 on the APP. Both are doing it. I'm confused by your response. I go: Menu>Setup>Alerts and Warnings>Terrain Alerts. "Enable Collision Alerts" is not checked (I tried Checking / unchecking). This is true of both the iFly720 and the APP......and both are alerting me. This was not the case prior.

Hi Chuck,

Ok, sorry if I confused you. Sounds like you already tried Selecting and Deselecting it to "unconfuse it".

We have not been able to duplicated this in our office. Can you use the iFly GPS App to replicate this alerting and then use the "Send Bug Report" option in the MENU? This will send Brian a bug report to see what is going on.

On the iFly device, you'd need to access the SD card on a PC and send us the "User" folder from the SD card via email.

Are you using an Exteranal GPS or ADS-B receiver? Are the alerts for Terrain or for Airspaces. The alert window will show the type of alert. I'm just trying to get more info to help replicate what you are seeing.

I will do what you said, Shane. No external GPS or ADS-B. Extraneous alerts are only for Terrain (I want airspace alerts). These are all terrain alerts and it occurs both on the 720 and the APP. Both have Collision Alerts de-selected.

Sounds good, keep us posted. We definitely want to get to the bottom of this for you. When you get the alert, can you look at the GPS signal as well, just to make sure there is no signal issue reporting a incorrect altitude.

Shane sent the bug report. FYI, I made sure I have the latest version, made sure "enable collision alerts" was de-selected (selected it...then de-selected), had a full signal. I was in my car and got continuous "Terrain" alerts.
