700 GPS Lock

700 GPS Lock

The GPS will no longer lock.

I attempted a cold start using the GPS utility. After an hour no lock.

I then began a factory reset. It is sitting at 50 minutes and still no lock. The GPS is sitting on the dashboard of my truck so it should have an unobstructed line of sight.

Jim,

I'd recommend you give our support department a call. They can do some diagnostics and resetting that will likely resolve your issue. Call us at 1-888-200-5129 and speak with Ed or David. We'll get you taken care of. Have a great day.
