PA-22,
To be clear, I do understand how the device works. Anyone who has used an iFly for more than about 3 minutes has probably aimed for a button and missed, heard the click but didn't see the visual feedback, recognized that they missed the button, and tried again.
That is NOT what I'm talking about.
As I clearly stated in my original post, this problem is that the box gives both audible AND visual feedback, and then nothing happens.
Again, from my original post:
Quote: What happens is that I'll tap the screen (on a button or menu selection), I'll get both an audible "chirp" and a visual highlight of the item I selected...
...and then nothing happens. I'll sit there staring at the highlighted menu selection, or waiting for the menu to pop up, and eventually realize, "Oh...it didn't take," and I'll tap the screen again.
When you hit the button, hear the chirp, see the button flash, and then nothing happens, that is frustrating.
When you hit a menu selection, hear the chirp, SEE THE MENU SELECTION HIGHLIGHTED BLUE, and nothing happens, that is frustrating.
And when someone tries to tell you that you are imagining things, that is also frustrating. :)
