Download Problems

I've been trying to update my new 720. The geographic file will load about 13% then a red flag appears saying "File download failed, retrying" It starts the download only to repeat the same error. I fly navigation will not work without this file, Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help on the phone. My 720 is up and running just like it should. Still think it's a great product.

I have been using the SD card update for all my updates because frankly I can't rely on the wireless method. AlthoughI was able to periodically update off of my Droid as a mobile hotspot I have never been able to get this to work with my iphone.

I hate to tie up Ed on the phone, but just what did you guys do to get it to work?
