The fault I'm getting is "unable to complete the update process. Please try downloading the update package again, or try using a different USB thumb drive." The time of the fault happens at different times in the process. Sometimes it faults right at the beginning, before the bars start on the "Performing Update" bar. Sometimes during the 1st quarter of the update, sometimes at the last 3rd or anytime during the process. No rime or reason. It has happened while updating large and small packets. I will buy a new thumb drive and try again. Maybe the different drives I've tried are old. Thankyou for your reply. If there are any other questions let me know. I have the latest software version.
