A beautiful job bringing a multitude of innovations to the iFly (720); seamless charts, fuel prices, great, great. A couple of comments, both minor issues:

1) Flying north through the Hudson corridor, I noticed the chart did not automatically shift to the Terminal Chart, nor back. Did I read that this is so? Again, a simple click got me where I wanted to go;

2) TFR for NYC was showing on Sunday for a TFR that began Monday; is this normal? Got my heart beating for a second, until I looked up the airspace box and got the correct dates;

3) Pressing on the screen now brings up the big data box, even when I just need the distance to it. Options?

Thanks again for a GREAT product that I have enjoyed using since 2010 !!!

Thanks Robert!

Responses:

1) TACs are shown based on your zoom level. If you were zoomed in a bit more, it would transition automatically to the TAC. Or, as you discovered, you can select it manually.

2) TFRs should show/hide based on their schedule. We'll look into this. But sometimes the FAA will publish a TFR without providing a start/stop date, and that information must be dug from the text portion of the notam.

3) Distance & Bearing is included in the "Nav" tab on the Quick Info Popup. Or if you have Dynamic Distance Ring enabled, you can simply pan your map to the desired point and the distance will be shown on the ring.

Cheers,
Walter
