I'm able to update everything except WAC charts. Keeps hanging in a loop as shown in this video

Also I've gone to "Menu>About>Chart Expirations" and deleted all the stuff I don't need in CA, however every update shows all the AK low enroute charts installed (and tries to update them) even though nothing shows up in the lists at the Chart Expirstions screen in the application.

Both of these issues may be related to a problem with your SD card. If you can put the card in your computer and run a scan disk, see if it has any errors. (In Windows, you right click on the drive, select Properties, Tools, then Check Now). If this issue continues, please contact our support desk for more some other ideas.
