You should be able to track an unlimited number of aircraft/traffic. I just tested it now to confirm. If for some reason the tracking on an aircraft is lost, it should only happen if the ADS-B traffic report changes the Identifier for that aircraft, which then makes iFly believe it's a new aircraft. But this shouldn't happen (and normally doesn't).
