I contacted Support and was not helpful, hoping to receive some insight here.  I have been using the DUAL XGPS150 for a couple of years.  I can connect it with a helper app to iFly app. I recently upgraded to an XGPS190 to get ADSB.  I saw it was called out on the iFly site as being supported.  I cannot get it to connect to the iFLY app directly.  And, the connector app cannot handle the extra data.

I can connect it to the DUAL Status app, and I downloaded another EFB and could connect to it as well.  I am a couple miles from a Class C and started receiving ADSB info immediately.  When I try to connect to iFLY I get a message that it is waiting to connect.  I have tried both the XGPS and the Auto Detect options under Settings for ADSB.  Can someone please let me know what I am missing?  I really like the iFly EFB and hope to be able to keep using it.  Thank you!

IIRC, the XGPS190 has a switch for IOS or Android.  Did you set that properly?

Someone had a similar issue with an XGPS170.  Maybe their solution will also work for you:

Thanks for the suggestion.  My 150 had that switch, the 190 does not have such a switch.

Thanks Jeff, I had seen that post.  He made it farther than me in that he could get the two to talk, I am not able to even get that far.

What is strange is that the 190 will connect with the DUAL Status app and I downloaded the Avare EFB to test it.  It connects to both of those apps and gives ADSB data, so I am certain it is an issue in the iFly app talking to the unit.  The Avare is not nearly as capable as iFly, but it was free and allowed me to test the unit.  My current iFly subscription is up in 30 days.  If I cannot get this sorted out then I may need to go to Foreflight.  I have several friends with Foreflight and the XGPS190 that have no issues.  Of course that means I need to get an iPad as well, so would like to avoid that route.
