ADS-B

I use an I Pad-Mini.  Does anyone know if the Uavionix Dual-Band ADS-B Traffic receiver will work with I Fly GPS?  How would I set it up?  Thanks.

Are you talking about he Echo?

If so that's a super common receiver, you just connect via wifi!

Yes, if it's a uAvionix UAT, look for its "Ping" wifi router, in Settings > WiFi. Connect, and you should be in business.

Yes Thanks.  It’s a Uavioni Ping USB ADS-B Receiver (Traffic Only).  I ordered it from Sporty’s for $175.  If it works it will be a great inexpensive way to get traffic.

I want to give a final report on the Uavionix Ping ADS-B.  I’ve flown with it for 3 hours now and it works very well with my I Fly GPS, I highly recommend it.  I had an old tablet I never use anymore and I use it to power the unit.  You can purchase direct from Uavionix.
