Question about Approach Altitudes in the Flight Plan.
1) Looking at the VOR-A Approach for KBLM (Attached), the "MIN ALT" altitude for the Missed Approach Point - MADCA is shown in the Flight as 720' which is the MDA for Category D Aircraft - is it possible to change the default minimum altitudes to Category A.
2) The othe altitude in the flight plan for MADCA is shown as 3500' - and 3500' is the altitude shown for all legs of this approach on the right (Image of Flight Plan is also attached) Where does this altitude of 3500' come from? I don't see it anywhere on the approach plate.
Thanks, Manny
