I have issues with GPS position information dropping out at tiimes during flight.  I have the Aux GPS antenna hooked to mine and it has a clear view to the sky.  I also have a Stratux which has ADS-B, ADHRS, GPS.  My question is, does the Ifly use the Stratux GPS or the Ifly GPS when the Stratux is available?

iFly always gives preference to an external GPS source over the internal GPS of the device it's running on.  If the external source is lost for some period of time (I'm not sure how long the dropout has to persist), then iFly will fall back to the device's internal GPS solution.

Thanks for that.  It explains the occaisional loss and the message GPS Lost on the screen

Cobra is right as per usual, but one thing I will add is you can actually turn that preference off if you want to for some reason (I personally never would if I was flying with ADS/B in)

Menu/about/GPS information/uncheck "use ADS/B location"

Thanks, Brolin.  Not sure I ever knew that could be turned off.
