Don't know for sure if this is an IFLY issue or just a slip up from FAA.

Last weekend there was an airshow at Chino Airport (KCNO) here in SoCal.

We were going to shoot a GPS approach when the tower said there was a TFR in effect for the airshow. We responded that there was no TFR presented on the chart or and NOTAM notice on our nav system.

We saw no TFR indication or posted NOTAM on IFLY for the entire weekend.

Couldn't find a NOTAM for that show posted at any source so it may not be specific to IFLY.

I accidentally posted this issue twice, but can't find how to delete the 2nd one.

I tried to edit, but found no delete function. So I just backspaced to delete the text, but the title still shows.

I have no idea why this TFR did not show, but this is an excellent example of why it is a good idea to call FSS just before takeoff to check for TFR's. The fact that it is not depicted is not an excuse if you bust one. I'll admit, I don't always do this.

It's hard to know what happened.  I checked some logs, our TFR database has been working as normal, and no hickups getting data from the FAA.  Also found no records that had "CNO" in the text.  I suspect FAA failed to post a graphical TFR notam for this event.

So that means that FSS or wx-brief probably wouldn’t have it either, right?
