My Avid Flyer MK4 is ADSB equipped with Uavionix ECHO UAT and SKY FIX. However, there is no AHRS from that system.
With a check pilot on board, I have made approaches to my field to below minimums by just using my IFLY location on my tablet along with my Dynon attitude display and altimeter. and rate of descent. When I hear IFLY say "500" I look up and continue VFR touchdown.

John, this sounds reasonable - I would do this also, but in my area, I would have to "confess" to ATC and check in with them as we have so much traffic I would dare not decend into IMC without knowing who else is around...very risky around here. I know you know this and would probably do the same....
We also have mountains and very high wind turbines and antennas around here....but the SV would help so much in a pinch....or really, even at night or over water on hazy days where we can't really tell a clear horizon. Thanks!
