I wonder if the new Dual sgps 170 would be usable with the 720? It is supposed to work with ipad and android tablets but it uses bluetooth to connect' any ideas?

Ben,

Sorry, the Dual and other Bluetooth devices are not compatible with the iFly 720. You'll need Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth. There are several ADSB devices that use WI-Fi, actually more than Bluetooth. Examples are SkyRadar, Stratus, NavWorx, Clarity, iLevil, FreeFlight and more. For Bluetooth, it's Dual and Garmin. Hope this helps.

So... Will the iFly 720 with most recent updates work with Clarity dual (Clarity dual SV)?

The short answer: "Yes".

The long answer: The 720 works with an early Clarity prototype and on the test jigs which Sagetech provided. After we get a production Clarity Dual we'll do final testing, and if there are any coding tweaks needed to perfect the integration we'll do that as soon as possible.

Thanks!
Walter
