I was looking at airport airspace and noticed an incongruity.  Some airspaces (e.g.: KFUL) have the negative which means "up to but not including" (e.g.: KFUL is up to but not including 2500 feet).  Other airspaces are up to and including (e.g.: KLGB which is up to and including 2600 feet).  But when you touch the chart to get the popup which defines the airspace I see "FUL CLASS D Alt: 0 to 2500" and "LGB CLASS D Alt: 0 to 2600".  I would suggest "FUL CLASS D Alt: 0 up to 2500".
