Another possible fix:

Have you added local network permissions to iFly?

Settings/scroll to iFly and select it to get the permissions page

Brolin, I did take the stratux unit apart and checked all connections and antennas and everything was fine. I flashed the micro sd card as well. I still am not seeing traffic. I just checked the local network and it was off, so enabled it. I hope with turning the local network on it fixes it. There is nothing left to do besides get a new ads b, possibly the stratux has issues. WX at my place has not been great Next time I go up I will see if it works. If it doesn't I will prolly get something else for ads b. Thank you for your help.

Not exactly sure why it's "awesome" that his problem still exists...

One thing that's not clear to me:  It sounds like you're doing this testing on the ground, perhaps at home.  When you saw the system work before, was that also at home, or was that in the aircraft?

In general, it's not a good expectation that your Stratux (or any ADSB device) wil pick up a good signal on the ground.  The exception is at airports with on-field ADSB towers, or at least a tower that is *very* close by.

If you're at home and set your Stratux somewhere where it has a clear view of the sky, and there are planes overhead (i.e., within line-of-sight of your Stratux), then you might expect to get traffic signals direct from them.  You could use a site like FlightAware.com to show you traffic in your area and you could compare that to what you're receiving.

But the better test would be to get your plane up to a good altitude and see if Menu > About > Connected Devices... shows an incrementing heartbeat counter, indicating that the Stratux is receiving data from a tower, then see if that page is indicating any traffic targets, then see if those targets are appearing on the map.

iOS 14+ has local network permissions now. It's a pain to work with, but that will fix his issue.
