try flying with TRACK compass orientation.  The vector showing your direction points vertically and the map rotates as you deviate from course.  That's how it's supposed to work.  Now press on the destination airport box to bring up the airport info.  Now turn like 30°.  the direction vector rotates.  now touch the screen and eliminate the info box.  the map now seems to operate in TRACK mode with the tilted direction vector, that is, no longer vertical.  press NORTH and then TRACK and it goes back to the original vertical orientation.

I've noticed this occasionally happening for a long time (at least a couple of years, I think), where iFly gets skewed while in Track Up mode.  Just like you said, if you hit North Up and then Track Up in succession it clears it up.  I wouldn't mind it getting fixed, but it's always been just a minor annoyance.  I've never paid attention to what happened to cause it, so kudos for finding at least one reproduceable way to make it happen.

I've noticed it a few times, too. But I rarely use Track up--usually only when I hit the button by accident--so it hasn't been a big problem for me.
