This took a lot of poking around to figure out. Turns out the NOTAMs are there in the database, but they are not associating with N12.  And this is because we don't have an ICAO Identifier for that airport.   Most public airports have an FAA assigned code (like "DFW") and an ICAO counterpart (like "KDFW").  Notams are all reported by ICAO code.  I presume N12 has been assigned KN12 by ICAO, but this is missing the db we get from the FAA each month.  I'll patch this for now, and report the data error to the FAA so hopefully they fix it in their data as well.

Thank you Walter. Sorry to create the extra work. Not sure how iFly requests the data from the FAA database, but N12 seems to come up in almost all websites and apps that retrieve NOTAM's. There are probably many other - usually smaller - airports that also have non-standard identifiers.
