Thanks to the help of the members and staff here, this issue was resolved under http://www.iflygps.com/Support/Forum/forumid/8/postid/34812. Simply had to activate iFly GPS under Service Provider Authorization in 1800wxbrief.com and then enter my 1800wxbrief.com UserID into iFly GPS Account Name on the online filing screen. I tested and everything works great!
