Cobra is correct - a subscription is required to udpate to the latest software version. You can find different subscription options here. Or feel free to call us, 888-200-5129.

I have a trial subscription of version 9.8.7 (2/12/2017) loaded on an IPad and version 9.8.10 (3/11/2017) on my Samsung Note5.  All works as advertised except they won't share.  I tried on my home WiFi and using the Flightbox Stratux.  It says in the release notes that it fixed bugs with the Sharing, are people still reporting issues?  Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not suprised it's not working with your FligthBox - I think that is configured as a peer-to-peer network, and iPad does funny things with those networks.  But most home networks work fine.  The UDP messaging scheme we use can be difficult to diagnose, some devices (especially iPads) can randomly ignore or block the data packets.  Our next version has another cloud based sharing options that will be more bulletproof.
