I was looking to have the current amount of NEXRAD frames available from the main screen. Perhaps a NEXRAD Status instrument?
I would like to know when I have enough frames to begin an animation.
Again some way to tell how many framed are loaded from an ADSB source without having to dive into menus or tap on the ADSB status screen
Maybe little dots or dashes on the bottom of the NEXRAD status window indicating how many frames are loaded... and the color changes to green when the amount of frames are able to be animated? Then pressing the window will bring up the Animation SCreen
Or could the dots/dashes be incorporated into the ADSB Status window below the word Receiving so it was easy to know when you have enough data to animate the NEXRAD?
Or the color of the text "Receiving..." goes green to indicate enough data...
