Flight Time Clock

Hello Adventure Pilot team,

I am having an issue with my iFly 700 that I can't figure out. There is a flight timer feature that I always enjoyed having as it helped me to know when to change tanks in my Cherokee without having an external timer or clock. For some reason, the timer no longer displays on the 700, no matter what instrument configuration I select. I also have the app on my phone and I see the timer on the app but it doesn't display on the 700 anymore. Was something changed in the software for the 700 or am I simply missing something in my instrument setup? Thanks as always for a great GPS and for the great support that you all always give!

Sam,

Is it possible that you have the Flt Duration instrument already on the screen, just buried underneath another. You might try moving them around and checking. If it is not in the ADD list, then it is already on the screen. In the new 9.4 beta coming soon, we added a "Already Added" section at the bottom. I hope this helps and thanks for the kind comments.

You were exactly right, the timer had been hidden beneath another instrument. I found it this morning. Thanks a million!!

Are you discussing the "Flight Duration Timer" or is there an actual "Change Tanks" countdown timer? If there is a "Change Tanks" timer - where do I find it on the 720?

Jim,

Right now, there is only a Flight Duration Timer. We are looking to add more "Timer" options like a Switch Tanks, Oxygen, Refuel, etc. Stay tuned as these are on the short list.
