I would talk to my A&P about that. Suction-cupping antennae in windows is a temporary installation and thus legal in a certificated plane.

Drilling holes to run wires through belly skin starts getting into the realm of alterations of the plane, but whether major or minor I won't venture a guess. For an experimental plane, not a big deal. For a certificated plane like yours, you're talking logbook entry vs. 337, and if a 337 is required, then FSDO field approval (since you'll be doing this without benefit of an STC).

Did I mention I'd talk to my A&P about it?
