About Adventure Pilot: We launched iFly GPS in 2009 as a portable GPS navigation tool. The app has evolved into “iFly EFB”, a fully functional EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) and navigation app that operates on Android, iOS, and Windows platforms. Members of AOPA and EAA, and partners with Levil Aviation, Dynon, Avidyne, and more! Our mission is to provide safe and efficient navigation while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

For this position, no aviaiton experience or background is required! Interns have the opportunity to learn necessary aviation topics to perform the required duties. 

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a friendly and patient disposition, excellent phone skills, ability to take initiative, and comfortable working in a small team environment.

Skills:

• Basic use of Windows
• Technically minded, able to debug computer issues, etc
• Explanation and Analyitical Skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Phone communication
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with both iOS and Android devices

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Customer service experience
• Familiar with Figma, Mailchimp, and other graphic or advertisement software
• Website design or development

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones to assist customers with technical issues and questions
• Answering customer e-mails and support tickets
• Working with potential customers to answer sales related questions
• Perform software testing and quality control
• Test and debug hardware returned for repair

Initial salary is based on experience. This is a paid, part-time position with flexible hours depending your schedule.
