FWIW, on a Nook HD+ (in the Expanded Desktop mode) an approach plate paints the same as a real paper plate. Nothing cut off. I attribute this to the Nook HD+'s unique 3:2 aspect ratio. (That's using a PDF reader with PDF plates. I don't have an iFly IFR subscription, so it might be comparing apples to oranges.)

If it is apples to apples, a developer has crafted a custom kernel for the HD+ based on CM 10.2.1 which has been remarkably stable. (i.e. haven't had to reboot in weeks.)

I did check my Nexus last night and the plates to present them selves at the correct scale. I really need to start reading the release notes more thorouoghly.

I will verify on the 720 as soon as the ice melts and I can get the hangar door open again.

Took the Arrow out last week and the blank setting on the 720 is just a tad too big and some of the fringe information is off the page. I tried to re size it slightly but it jumps around when I try that.

I am hoping that issue will self resolve in a couple more weeks.
