I have a Skygurd ADSB.  On my 740 I often get ICAO Hex ID shown or all 0000000s.  Rarely do I see the tail number.  On my ipad running FlyQ I get N numbers.  Any ideas?

I think iFly doesn't show the N-number until you zoom in pretty far.

I'd like an option to increase that distance, by the way. Just yesterday I was trying to sort out some ADSB traffic depictions to see which was a military helicopter, but didn't have time to zoom the 740 in far enough to see the registration and other data or even to get my finger steady on the triangle long enough to pop up the quicklook box.
