What do all the arrows mean? They don't line up with reported wind direction or landing patterns??

The Quickview arrow is wind direction relative to the nose of your airplane when landing on the specified runway. If you click on that, the multiple arrows shown are the headwind/tailwind and crosswind components of the wind for each runway.

How can an arrow drawn in  most cases at right angles to the wind vector indicate wind relative to the nose of the aircraft when landing? The only thing that can do that is the wind vector itself. The depiction of the yellow and green arrows  is frankly misleading. Below it looks like there is a 3kt tailwind on 10r and a 6kt crosswind.

You misread my response.

The image you posted shows a crosswind component from the left of 3 knots and a headwind component of 6 knots for runway 10 right. The arrows are not relative to the diagram orientation.

What matters most is what is the wind relative to my airplane when landing on a specific runway. The Quickview shows the wind direction relative to your airplane on final approach to the specified runway. By clicking on that, you can see the wind components. Many people want to see the crosswind component because that is usually the limiting factor.

Personally, I don't know how this could be displayed any more clearly.

Something like this would present a clearer picture. Change the meaningless little arrow to the wind vector.  Align the green and yellow arrrows with the runway, and show on the runway display. Clearly shows a head or tail wind depending on rnway, shows the cross wind component.
