Not receiving Towers, TIS-B and FIS-B

A friend has been having issues with his Styratux. ( he gave it to be to try to fix). Everything is working except can not receive Towers, TIS-B and FIS-B.

I tried resetting the usb boards, reconnecting the antennaes.

Anyone else have this issue.

Stratux seems to be difficult to contact.

I am also having issues using ETCHER on a windows 10 64 bit pc to update the SD card for the startux. I keep getting a windows Processor that says do I want to allow this program to make changes. I select yes,

Then I get a box that says the writer process ended unexpecdedly. Anyone else having this issue?

If it's not receiving towers, then nothing is working except GPS, if it even has a GPS. You need to reflash the card. If you can't get that to work, order a new card from Amazon for around $15.
