My subscription is for my 740 plus my iPhone 7 and my iPad Pro. Both the phone and iPad drop the wifi connection when trying to update. Both have the latest iOS updates.

This seems to only happen when downloading for the iFly Aps. Is there any advice on how fixing this?

Thanks

Do your downloads when you're at home connected to your WIFI.  Or, maybe that's what you're already trying to do.

Yes I am at home. The wifi works with all my other devices and is stable enough to download movies.

Paul,

Does this happen when the screen turns off? It might be a power-saving function is cutting off the WiFi signal to save power when the device sleeps. Try updating the devices while they're plugged in to see if it will keep the connection alive. If that doesn't work, you could try resetting the network settings on each iOS device. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, just be aware that it will lose all the WiFi names and passwords it's memorized and set the network settings back to default, so you'll have to reconnect to WiFi, Bluetooth, etc..

Hope this helps!

The screen is alive when attempting the update. I have reset the WiFi more. I have rebooted the device. I am able to update the aps, and update the OS which can be large downloads. For what ever reason, it only seems to choke when updating iFly. I attempted just before this post and the iPad WiFi dropped off line with only 5-6 Mbs downloAded.
