Sweet. I've added your Piper to the PIREP.

Thanks,

Thanks Shane. I just need to figure out how I would mount it and move it between the two planes I fly without a big hassle before I commit. I am not ready to buy two at this time!

That is what I do. I have the Antenna's on suction cups and the GPS antenna on a piece of velcro. I just remove the unit and antennas, transfer into another plane and off I go. It really is pretty simple.

Don,

Here are some screen captures from the iFly and SkyGuardTWX Vision-Pro. This actually has the Altitude tags for the Traffic icons coming soon. You can seen who we call out the different stages of alerts... Red=Critical, Blue=Inform and Aqua=NoFactor.

ADS-B Traffic showing different stages of alerts and proximity

(Note: the Alt tags and Up/Down arrows are coming soon to allow you to quickly see their altitude relation to you and if they are climbing or decending. More info like speed, Tail number, etc is available by touching the icon and selecting "Traffic Information")

ADS-B Weather (Weather Mode showing NexRad and VFR/IFR station status)

I have been looking at the Skyguard, but have been wondering where people have been mounting the box and the antennas. I fly and use my iFly720 in both my Grumman AA-1B and a Cessna 182P. All that stuff and wires up on the panel would look like a mess, and I don't like anything that would block my view. .....
Rich: I've had mine on the glareshield of my '57 Tri-Pacer (PA-22) and it is not obtrusive at all. Actually, I don't even mount the Garmin 295 anymore. I plan to move the SkyGuard all inside the empennage eventually, but for now it is not a mess where it is. The GPS puck sits right in the center at the base of the "V". ====Ralph
